Placing an Order

Checkout

When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  • The address you want to ship to.
  • Your credit card type, number and expiration date. (Accepted in relevant Payment Gateway's website)

Placing an Order

You will have a chance to verify the information in "My Cart" and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Proceed To Checkout". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

International Orders

How to Order

We currently don't support international order to be placed directly through our website. Instead, you can send us an enquiry mail to customerservice@indian-rain.com or call the Customer Service Personnel at +91-33-40048344, mentioning the Product SKU, Material, Colour and Quantity per product per style, and we shall get back to you in 48 hours.

We shall get back to you with either a quote mail (in USD only) or will let you know about the availability of items. We shall let you know about the order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. There could be multiple email correspondences between the customer and our customer service personnel before the order is finalized and payment link is sent through 2CO, or you decide to pay it directly to our Bank Account.

You may opt to make payment through 2CO (using Card or Paypal) or by Cheque or Wire Transfer directly to our account at HDFC Bank Ltd. Client will have to bear the entire Wire Transfer Fee.

Once your transaction is completed and fund is received in our Bank Account, Indian Rain will ship your item through a recognized Courier Agency. The respective courier agency then ships your order to its final international destination.

Exchange Rates

Foreign exchange rates are determined by 2CO or HDFC Bank Ltd (depending on mode of payment you have chosen) and are based on their own database for rates of exchange. Both 2CO and HDFC Bank Ltd. update exchange rates on a daily basis.

Duties & Taxes

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Indian Rain.

Payment Methods

If you pay through 2CO, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal for international orders. Your account will be billed by 2CO. "2co.com. INDIARAIN" will appear on your credit card statement. Otherwise, you can make payments through Cheque or Wire Transfer.

Merchandise Exceptions

The maximum order value for international shipment is USD $2,500.

Certain items in our online catalog may be unavailable for international shipping.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Address Validation

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we might call the contact number provided in the Shipping Address detail and confirm the address. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
