• Credit or Debit Card - You can use any Bank's Credit or Debit Card

No, you can actually use any bank's Debit or Credit card to pay through Cards. Irrespective of banks, your card needs to be registered to NetSafe and Verified by Visa/MasterCard^® SecureCode^™

Your Card data is absolutely safe. You will be asked to enter your Card details on HDFC Bank's secured website. We don't save your Card details.

Yes, we now support COD (Cash on Delivery) facility to a limited number of cities only. Check your city's PIN Code for COD support through Fedex or First Flight.

We don't yet have Netbanking facility, but we are already trying to have this in our website.

We deliver your goods between 5-7 business days once we receive your payment.

Jute products should not be washed too much as shape of bag changes due to shrinkage.

Soft Jute cotton or Soft Silk bags can be cleaned in the following way:
1) Dry-clean
2) Hand washed with a soft detergent (like Ezee), Just hang to dry & avoid wringing too much.

Press on high when slightly moist. Please press your jute cotton soft bags on both inner side & outer side.

We recommend that you do not wash the hard shaped bags in cotton, silk & jute at all. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry properly before storing.
